The Government of Kenya has officially launched GOV.KE, a unified digital platform bringing together services from all 22 ministries, 47 counties, and over 200 agencies in one place.
The Government of Kenya today officially launched GOV.KE, a unified digital government platform modelled on international best practices to provide citizens with a single, accessible entry point to all government services.
The platform, developed by the ICT Authority in partnership with the Ministry of ICT and Digital Economy, integrates services from all 22 national ministries, 47 county governments, and over 200 state agencies.
"This is a landmark step in our digital transformation journey," said the Cabinet Secretary for ICT and Digital Economy. "GOV.KE is built on open-source infrastructure, is fully bilingual in English and Kiswahili, and meets international accessibility standards."
Key features of the platform include a unified search across all government services, step-by-step guides for common life events, direct links to eCitizen, KRA iTax, Ardhisasa, and other government platforms, and county-specific pages for all 47 counties.
Citizens can access the platform at www.gov.ke or through the eCitizen mobile application available on Android and iOS.
